This 3D model was originally built using Sketchup 8, after which it was transformed into all other formats available for 3D models. The native file format remains .skp while 3ds Max scenes are updated to match the 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00. A significant revision occurred when a stairwell was designed to incorporate an elevator, greatly enhancing accessibility within the structure. Additional details include a pantry located in the first attic, along with a new dining room table that provides a harmonious blend with living room and dining room door alignment. To optimize functionality, the pantry door was resized, addressing the previous issue of being too high.
