I'm intrigued by another filament clip? Apparently everyone who gets into the filament clip game has to try them all before designing their own. This is what I've done, and probably what you will too, which leads me to share my contribution to our endless quest for the ultimate filament clip. This one combines many excellent ideas from previous clip designers with a few new ones. It clips onto the filament itself rather than the spool, allowing you to stack your spools. The chamfered edges ensure that even if your prints suffer from elephant foot, the clip retains good dimensional accuracy and doesn't require any post-processing. Both clip "channels" are positioned on the same side, making it easier to insert filament, while a small tab makes handling simpler. The download includes both 1.75mm and 2.85mm versions.
