What's another filament clip I see floating around? Everyone who gets into this game has to try them all, only to end up designing their own in the end. That's exactly what I've done, and probably what you will too, so here's my contribution to our never-ending quest for the ultimate filament clip. This one pulls together a lot of great ideas from previous designers, along with a few new ones. It clips directly onto the filament itself instead of the spool, allowing you to stack your spools neatly. The chamfered edges ensure that even if your prints develop an elephant foot, the clip still retains its dimensional accuracy and doesn't need any post-processing. Both clip channels are located on the same side, making it easier to insert filament, while a small tab helps with handling. I've included both a 1.75mm and 2.85mm version in the download for your convenience.
