Anchor Hocking Fish Lid Riser
thingiverse
My wife and I got a betta fish. We used our Anchor Hocking dispenser jar with a stainless steel (bought separately) spout. The spout will allow us to do easier water changes and the water will be good for our plants. The only problem is that by putting the lid on the jar, it robs the fish of air it would normally receive without a lid. Oh, did I mention we have a cat... This riser (actually a set of 4 risers) combine to make a full circle to sit on top of the lid/ledge, and there are holes for air circulation, and a groove for the original lid to sit. The part does not come in contact with the water. There is a sacrificial piece that is added to the model so it can be printed without supports. Just pop it off at the end. There are holes for magnets where the pieces meet, and a link below, but they really don't help. I should have used 2 magnets vertically, or some sort of tongue and groove setup. Maybe next time. At 5% infill, and a standard Prusa profile, each part takes 3 hours to print and four total are needed.
