This is a custom Ancheer folding electric bicycle pedal assist sensor plate, engineered to replace the original component that houses the magnets responsible for initiating motor operation. The original plate was flimsy and constructed from low-quality brittle plastic, which shattered into multiple fragments within two weeks of delivery. Rather than purchasing another inexpensive replacement, I took matters into my own hands by designing this upgraded version myself. When the original exploded, it also lost some essential magnets. To address this issue, I tailored this redesigned plate to accommodate 6x2mm magnets that I had on hand. If anyone is interested in creating their own customized sensor plates, I can share a blank plate dwf file without magnet mounting holes, allowing for seamless integration with different magnet sizes.
