Anatomic Male Body Sculpt

I'm excited about my latest attempt at modeling an anatomically correct male body using Zbrush - still plenty to learn, though, so any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Noticing a lump in the mesh on the waist area that looks pinched, and I've tried smoothing it out but can't seem to get rid of it; if anyone knows what's going on here, please share your expertise!
