The cat appears undistorted when viewed directly but becomes warped for reflection in a cylindrical mirror. To achieve this effect, you can use a polished chrome cylinder with a diameter roughly one-third the width of the object being reflected. As the cylinder's diameter changes, so does the perceived size and shape of the cat.
