Analysis of a Cast Iron flywheel using Ansys. This flywheel was spinning at 100 rad/sec, and the material had a Young's Modulus of 170 GPa and a Poisson's ratio of 0.22. I examined it as a whole and in a quadrant, studying how it responded to Centrifugal Force produced due to rotation.
