Analogue to Digital Photogrammetry: Muhu church
sketchfab
The interior of the Muhu Church Solution 2 This model is based on a photogrammetric survey of the Muhu church interior conducted in 1989 by K. Pärtna's team. They used an analogue solution with the UMK 1318 photogrammetric camera, manufactured by Carl Zeiss of Jena. After digitizing 55 glass plate negatives and processing the digital images, we are able to provide a 3D model that reflects the building's condition in 1989. The Muhu church interior is a notable architectural feature. This model was created based on stereo photogrammetric measurements taken in 1989. A total of 55 glass plate negatives were used for these measurements. During this process, K. Pärtna's team worked with the UMK 1318 camera manufactured by Carl Zeiss of Jena. After digitizing the negatives and processing the data, a precise 3D model was created. Archaeovision LLC, A. Uueni, 2017-18
