I discovered that the holes designed to connect the clock bodies were absent, appearing instead as shallow depressions. Upon drilling out these holes, it became clear that the bodies would not align properly, resulting in an unsatisfactory outcome. Furthermore, I found that the holes in the connectors were excessively small for the 4mm screws we intended to use. To rectify this situation, I uploaded all of the models into Fusion360 and enlarged the holes to 4.5mm, matching the size of the holes on the clock bodies where the gauges are attached. Consequently, all the hardware required will now be 4mm in diameter, except for the rear covers which remained unchanged. For added convenience, I have included the Fusion360 files, allowing you to modify the hole sizes easily if you wish to adopt a different configuration.
