Analog Tetris
thingiverse
I was tinkering around with Tinkercad and came up with this desktop puzzle Tetris game. This is my first post here, so be kind! I designed a 10-slide bed for the game and also created a footer that prevents the Tetriminos from falling off at the bottom. The good news is that the slide bed was designed to be modular, allowing multiple beds to be joined together to create a taller Tetris slide. The footer can also be removed once you've completed a level, so you can let the Tetrominos fall and play again. I printed it with support in both the bed and the footer, just to be safe, using a slow print rate to ensure everything came out right. Each Tetrimino is included as a separate file, allowing you to print them in whatever quantity and colors you like. When I first tried printing the game at 100%, it worked great - all the pieces fit perfectly into the slide! However, I did need to make some adjustments to get everything to fit properly. After that, I printed the game again at 50% scale, and it turned out even better! The bed and footer joined seamlessly together, and the Tetrominos were small enough to be interesting but not too difficult to manage.
