Analog Notebook from Paper Bag
thingiverse
This February, I aimed to upload a "Thing-a-day" on makerblock.com. However, I only managed to share an intriguing project - an analog notebook made from a paper bag. The sturdy cover is crafted from 1/4 A4 sized sheets, while the inside features a flat side glued and bound with binder clips. To create this eco-friendly notebook, gather scrap paper (preferably printed on one side), scissors, binder clips, a glue stick, and white glue. Cut your paper into quarters, arrange them to ensure a uniformly flat edge, and bind with binder clips. Apply generous amounts of glue along the flat edge and wrap a thin strip of paper around it, securing with more glue and additional binder clips. Allow to dry overnight before moving on to the cover. Cut open a paper shopping bag to create a large flat surface, then cut it to size, folding it over for a double-thick layer if desired. Glue your stack of 1/4 A4 sheets into the cover and place under something heavy to dry overnight. Your unique, durable notebook is complete!
