An Old House f Low-poly 3D model

Here are some details about my old house model that you purchased. For every three 3D models you have bought, I'm giving you a voucher for 55% off on buying another 3D model from my collection. Old house model: six rooms are included, each with an opportunity to enter a character. This model is accurate in scale (scale factor = 1). For your convenience, I offer two file formats - RAR and ZIP. Inside the download archive you'll find the 3D model in various formats like Maya Binary, FBX, DAE_FBX_export, OBJ, among others. Additionally, this archive contains texture files in Targa format with UV data, alongside PSD for correction purposes. Two maps are available - DM, SM and NM - all of them measure 2048 * 2048 pixels.
