Use a 1/4-20 X 1" bolt for the arm-to-arm connection; a locknut is optional for added security. The base's screw/bolt diameter remains unchanged from the original design specifications. The hinge area of both arms and bases presents a significant printing challenge. To overcome this obstacle, I increased the infill density to 50% or higher and implemented a 1.2 mm wall thickness. These adjustments enabled successful prints even at the critical hinge points, where failure is more likely to occur.
