An Elegant Headphone Stand
thingiverse
I recently designed and built a sleek headphone stand that perfectly complements my Sennheiser Momentum M2 headphones. The stand was printed using high-quality PLA at an incredibly fine resolution of 200 microns, with a generous 10% infill to provide exceptional durability. The centerpiece of the stand is a sturdy aluminum square beam that I sourced from Lowe's and carefully sanded to give it a smooth, brushed finish. This adds a touch of sophistication to the overall design. To ensure the headphones remain securely in place, I created a clever groove in the top section of the stand. Here, a friction-reducing material can be applied to prevent the headphones from sliding out. To match the color scheme of the part, I used black soft mesh that perfectly complements the surrounding components. The aluminum beam itself measures 19mm x 19mm x 308mm, providing ample support for my prized headphones. Print Settings: Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 200 microns Infill: 10%
