The subject's head is unmistakably bald, with eyes that stretch elegantly beneath a subtle curve of brows, the upper lids softly defined, a slightly smiling mouth supported by soft, rounded lips, the philtrum clearly outlined above, and the curvature of the top of the skull and temples, as well as the fleshy underside of the chin, are all skillfully crafted in naturalistic detail, measuring 16cm high.
