I crafted these awards for our Project Star Performers, and the reception was incredible. I designed them using my adorable little Huxley 3D printer. I hope you all appreciate it as much as they did! Note: The following settings were used in Slic3r to create this masterpiece: layer height of .3mm, two perimeters, four solid layers on top and two at the bottom, a fill density of 10%, perimeter speed of 90 mm/s, infill speed of 90 mm/s, travel speed of 130 mm/s, nozzle diameter of 0.5mm, filament diameter of 1.75mm, extrusion multiplier of 1, and specific extrusion widths for perimeters, infill, solid infill, top infill, support material, and the first layer.
