I'm creating an alpha-helix model from the 2HHB.pdb file, which contains amino acids 1VLSPADKTNVKAAWGKVGA19 in chain A. The visualization is set to surface mode. This project is designed for educational purposes in Biochemistry and Structural Biology, with a goal of developing a comprehensive collection of secondary structures displayed in various representations. Additionally, the model will feature entire proteins. The Protein Data Bank ID for this structure is 2HHB. I utilized CURA for segmentation and Chimera for 3D modeling. The data originates from molecular sources, such as crystallography.
