An alpha helix from Hemoglobin as balls and sticks

I created an alpha-helix from the 2HHB.pdb file containing amino acids 1VLSPADKTNVKAAWGKVGA19, chain A, using a balls and sticks visualization. This model highlights stabilizing hydrogen bonds. In contrast, peptide backbone atoms appear larger than sidechain atoms.\r\n\r\nMy goal is to use this for teaching Biochemistry and Structural Biology. The plan involves developing a set of secondary structures in various representations, as well as whole proteins.\r\n\r\nProtein Data Bank ID: 2HHB\r\nSoftware used: CURA for segmentation and Chimera for 3D modeling/CAD.
