AMX ELC BIS tank ADJUSTED

The ELC AMX, developed between 1957 and 1961 for French airborne troops, was an air-transportable vehicle designed to tackle heavy tanks. It featured a low silhouette and mounted a 90mm gun. The two crew members sat in the rotating turret, albeit with limited mobility during movement. Plans for variants were in place, but only one prototype emerged, never seeing service. This tank marked a shift in French design philosophy, boasting speed, firepower, and light armor over its predecessors' sluggishness, weak guns, and heavy armor. Despite laughable armor, the ELC's mobility declines post-9.18 update but retains high damage and great penetration for a tier 5 light tank. The 75mm cannons allow full turret rotation, easing circling of slower tanks while lowering penetration. With 22.5hp/t and a top speed of 60km/h, its maneuverability is an asset, despite track and engine vulnerabilities when exposed.
