The "Talisman of Treachery" is an item obtained by completing the Thieves Guild's "Under New Management" quest. You can now print your own without going through all that effort. Refer to the Skyrim wiki for an image of the amulet, and include three holes for black glass or dark stones, similar to the original design. Don't forget to edit the center if needed and try a scale of 1.25 when printing.
