cgtrader
This is a low-poly, real-world-sized 18-storey university building model created by an experienced architect. The dimensions of the building are 30m x 80m x 60m and it was made using 3ds Max 2011's Level of Detail feature. It has 36,263 polygons and 44,863 vertices. This model is suitable for various purposes such as real-time and game use in Unity or UE4, CGI exterior visualization, and architecture. The mesh is high quality, with a clean edge flow and has been checked for holes, flipped normals, and overlapping polygons. It's a low-poly model that allows easy editing of the geometry and adding more details. All similar objects are instances, making it easy to change or replace them. The presentation images were rendered with V-Ray 3.20, and wire images were done with VrayLightMtl + VrayDirt for geometry testing. The VRayLightMtl with map and VRayCamera are included, making the product ready to render out-of-the-box. Both V-Ray and Standard materials are provided in the model, along with JPG and PNG textures in a separate archive. All objects have proper UV mapping, and materials are named accordingly. No third-party plug-ins are needed for this model.
