This is a high-quality, real-world-size low-poly model of an 18-storey University Building designed by a professional architect. Building dimensions: 30m x 80m x 60m Units used: Centimeters Originally created with 3ds Max 2011 LEVEL OF DETAIL and USAGE: This model is optimized for low-poly performance, making it ideal for real-time use in games, Unity, UE4, and CGI exterior visualization. 36,263 polygons 44,863 vertices GEOMETRY: The model's mesh features a high-quality design with smooth edge flow. Geometry has been carefully inspected to ensure there are no holes, flipped normals, or overlapping polygons. Mesh is low-poly, allowing for easy addition of details and geometry editing. All similar objects are instances, making it simple to change or replace them. Shell Modifier is applied but disabled on glass objects. PRESENTATION IMAGES: All preview images were rendered using 3.20 V-Ray software. Wire images were created with VrayLightMtl + VrayDirt for geometry testing purposes. VRayLightMtl and VRayCamera are included, making the product ready to render out-of-the-box. MATERIALS: The model contains both V-Ray and Standard materials. JPG and PNG textures come in a separate archive. All objects have UV mapping, and all materials are named correctly. ADDITIONAL NOTES: No third-party plug-ins are required for use.
