Amscope SM trinocular tube to C-mount adapter

Initially, I obtained an official Canon to Amscope adapter but discovered it didn't function at all. I was unable to achieve focus and eventually discarded the adapter. I then purchased a C-mount camera and decided to create a custom adapter. There were several trial and error attempts involved in this process, but I was ultimately successful in designing fully-printed threads that match up with all of the necessary interfaces. A jam nut is used to secure rotation after near-focus is achieved. To achieve simultaneous focus on all three ports, use the eyepiece focus knobs.
