Amplivox 13100 RAF pilot oxygen mask microphone
thingiverse
I needed a pilot oxygen mask microphone for a cosplay project. So I replicated an Amplivox 13100 that I bought on eBay. It's designed for Type P and Q oxygen masks, but it can also be used with the type H mask. This is my most complex design yet, and I tried to be as accurate as possible. The replica should have the exact size and shape of the original one. The shell is divided, making it easy to insert a working microphone. The switch is movable, too. A few small screws (from a laptop, possibly) are needed to secure the shell and attach the switch. Description: * Amplivox13100_AccurateXXXXX.stl: This file contains all the parts needed to exactly replicate the microphone. * Amplivox13100_EasyPrintBody and Amplivox13100_SpacerInsert.stl (the red part in pictures): These files include a tiny spacer as a separate part, making printing easier while still achieving high accuracy. To print the mask accurately, I recommend using high-resolution settings with 1mm or less layer thickness (preferably) and 100% infill for durability.
