Amplifier Cooling
thingiverse
When I'm operating in digital mode one of my favorite modes is RTTY. I use a compact Ameritron ALS-500M solid-state amplifier. Noticing that when running RTTY it gets a little warm due to heavy-duty usage was quite obvious. After getting my 3D printer just a few weeks ago, I came across a fan set from an old computer I had left over. It didn't take me long to come up with a custom mounting bracket for the amplifier. As a result, the amplifier runs a bit cooler now. I designed this bracket using FreeCad, and source files are included for your use.
With this file you will be able to print Amplifier Cooling with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on Amplifier Cooling.
