Added a 2mm trench to the back pack to allow a rubber band to hold it together. My son loved the model but was getting frustrated that the top half was easily lost or dropped when in crewmate mode. Although the rubber band means the crewmate bone is a little obstructed visually it keeps the model together and in one piece.
