A .223 / 5.56 ammo box to hold 50 cartridges. I have not printed it yet and therefor not quite sure of all the tolerances and how well it will fit together. Feedback on the design would be greatly appreciated, let me know if the sizing and tolerances are ok or if any adjustments are required...Does anything need to be strengthened? For the hinge, I plan on using a piece of 1.75mm pla filament as a hinge pin and heating the ends to secure in place, as I have seen done on other similar box designs.
