Amityville revisited Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally built using Sketchup 13 before being converted to every other format. Its native file type is .skp, while the 3ds Max scene was created with version 2016 and rendered using Vray 3.00. Paulwall created this design. I added a master bathroom and laundry room upstairs, as well as a cutout in the kitchen/dining area downstairs. The siding was also updated - high-quality siding now faces the street, while the other sides feature standard siding. This unique approach caught my attention on an episode of Ask This Old House, and after fact-checking with my Architectural Handbook, I found it to be true.
