Its native file is .skp while the 3dsmax scene uses 2016 version of 3ds Max, rendered with Vray 3.00. This stunning dwelling is a classic example of a Dutch Colonial house found on Long Island, New York - more specifically, it's number 112 Ocean Ave. Famously known as the Amityville Horror House, the story behind its dark past will send chills down your spine. Back in 1974, a senseless tragedy occurred when one member of a family decided to brutally shoot and kill his other five family members. The loss of the Defaeo family still haunts us today as we reflect on the horrific event that unfolded. Look closely at the photo accompanying this model, for it's a haunting portrait of the man responsible for such a senseless act of violence.
