This is a straightforward bracket to install a Mean Well PT-45B or PT-65B power supply into an original Amiga PSU casing. The mounting bracket has the same dimensions as the original PCB, making it a simple replacement. No adhesive or cutting of plastics is required. To secure the Mean Well PSU to the bracket, 4x M3.5 screws are needed. Note that the standard A500/600/1200 power supplies I have measured all share the same board size and mounting holes, so this should work for most models (ISMET type). However, it will not fit in the slim A600 PSU or any other non-standard case without modification.
