This project allow you to getting rid of the inconvenient old power supply on your Amiga 600 computer. Get a more portable Amiga computer and take it away like Xbox or PS console wherever you want. For that reason I created mount/bracket for the Mean Well RPT-60B power supply to install it into Amiga 600 case. It requires: 1. 4x M3.0 x 5mm screws to fix the Mean Well PSU to the bracket. 2. 2x M3.0 x 8mm screws to fix the mount to the lower Amiga case. You can also use dedicated screws for plastic. 3. Remove completely upper metal motherboard shield. 4. Drill 2 holes fi3.5 in lower case to fix the mount. 5. Cutting upper alu shield in Mean Well RPT-60B to remove collision with Amiga keyboard metal shield inside the case. (Carefully! to not broke anything or no filings fall off on electronic components) 6. Glue small rubbers on the edge of bracket to don't scratch the motherboard. 7. 1x3-pin power connector - raster 3.96mm & 1x6-pin connector 3.96mm. 8. Original Amiga power socket removal and soldering DC power wires. 9. Lead AC 230V wire inside Amiga and plug to the PSU. You can also install AC socket "eight" and power switch. I installed AC socket "eight" and power switch on the cable. 10. Enjoy more portability of your Amiga computer :) I think same project can be used for Amiga 1200. There is same place between Keyboard connector and big capacitor 47uF. Of course if you no need to have the metal shield.
