I had access to an assortment of red and white plastic, and I was determined to create my first dual extrusion model using them. My natural inclination steered me towards building something that would honor the legacy of my favorite computer, the Amiga. It just so happened that I cut my teeth on 3D modeling with Imagine on that very machine, before graduating to the likes of Lightwave. With precision and care, I brought my creation to life using 15% infill and an additional shell for added stability. My hotend roared into action at a platform temperature of 110C, bringing forth a majestic structure from the melted plastic. Choose your desired outcome: Bond the two halves together seamlessly, forging a complete sphere that exudes elegance, or keep them separate to craft a mesmerizing coconut-inspired musical instrument, a true masterpiece.
