This is a bracket to mount a TFX size power supply in a Commodore Amiga 3000. The power switch for an ATX-A3000 adapter can be mounted and operated by the front switch bar. Put the little hat on the switch end. Optionally, you can cut a hole in the A3000 drive/psu metal holder to allow airflow through the TFX fan (mount with the fan faced downwards).
