Amiga 1200 microSD holder for modulator space
thingiverse
This is ideal for your Amiga 1200 if you've removed the modulator box. It incorporates a microSD extender, which can be purchased inexpensively from AliExpress. The IDE connector and modulator are relatively close together, making this perfect for use with an IDE to SD adapter and an SD/microSD adapter (I used a 15cm extender). It's not perfectly centered due to the original modulator's asymmetry, but the sd slot barely fits within its space as it is. I didn't bother covering the top of the hole. You can attach the bottom part using M2 screws to the motherboard and secure the top with four M3 screws. The length of these screws should be between 4-8mm. There are also M2 holes in the top part, which was originally intended to be symmetrical, but it wouldn't have made sense. The card will be quite deep, making it easy to install the SD card, but you'll likely need tweezers to remove it.
