Amiga 1200 Custom Trapdoor remix

This is a remix of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:376267 I sought tighter fit for my own A1200 by redesigning part from original, as initial print in Formfutura White ABSpro fitted well but exhibited slight movement and rattle. Shrinkage might be culprit behind this issue; if using PLA, old part could provide better results. Utilizing Blender, I enlarged part size to allow for shrinkage. Dimensions of both parts are listed below: New Dimensions: 168.957mm 82.59mm 10.978mm Old Dimensions: 167.75mm 82mm 10.9mm Print Settings: Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.1mm Infill: 90% Notes: It printed flawlessly at 0.1mm and 90% infill on my Ultimaker 2 Extended. Ninety percent infill choice minimized print time difference with hundred percent. Both ends of trapdoor featured supports for clip printing without mess. Post-Printing: Some light sanding applied to clips at both ends, resulting in smoother finish within 5 minutes. How I Designed This
