The shown Ames Hose Reel Cabinet (2384475) has worked well for 22 years but recently the auto-wind feature started reversing itself and incorrectly winding the hose onto the reel. The problem was the hose reel guide had worn to point that it would skip around rather than sweep fully left & right to wind the hose onto its reel. The new reel guide was printed in PETG with 100% fill and supports. Orientation was with the small end on the build plate as shown in one of the pictures. It seems to work well but wearability is unknown. I printed an extra and threw it into the cabinet as a spare.
