This is an American style square gate arcade stick. I printed the in PLA. Gate structure:3 perimeter walls, 0.3 layer height 25% infillSquare Gate:3 perimeter walls, 0.2 layer height 25% infillActuator Cylinder:2 perimeter walls, 0.2 layer height 25% infillThe bat spacer was printed in nylon:3 perimeter walls, 0.2 layer height 10% infillUpdate 3/6/2016 After testing it out I redesigned the bat actuator cylinder to be a little bit shorter and easier to print. By making it a bit shorter you get a better springiness in the stick feel.
