American Mecha: Lion/Eagle Hybrid (One-November Variant) - Old School
thingiverse
An American Mecha named after a mythological creature with the body of a lion and the head and wings of an eagle. This is the common 1N variant. In the 'original' source material it had a handheld main weapon. This model reflects that while retaining a modern aesthetic. This is a mod of Syllogy's version of the same mecha: https://www.myminifactory.com/object/3d-print-grf-1n-griffin-for-battletech-105157 Just about all the credit for this belongs to him. All I really did was change the weapons. It should be noted that this is not my best quality model. I hate to point the finger at Syllogy, because the great man's work is usually flawless, but I found the original had a number of weird artifacts. I have attempted to fix as many as I could, but manually repairing an stl like this is really tedious. As noted below, I was able to print it without noticeable issues. I am an amateur when it comes to 3d modelling, so I can't really guarantee the quality of this model. I will say that it printed ok for me on my photon s.
