I scored an amazing deal on a PETE (BPA Free) 5 gallon carboy from Amazon. The neck is slightly larger than what you'd expect from a conventional 5 gallon carboy, so I created a custom bung to fit perfectly. I printed it using SAINSMART TPU Flexible Filament, which you can find here: http://a.co/28lpzFx. This flexible filament gives the bung a more authentic feel and look. A standard hard filament might not provide a secure fit, but if you manage to make it work, please share your results in the comments below! Update: When working with my printer's tolerance, I usually need to reduce designs by 0.5mm to avoid oversized prints. However, since I'm new to flexible filaments, I encountered some unexpected issues during the initial printing process. The first few prints turned out smaller than the original STL design, leaving me perplexed. To resolve this issue, I made a couple of adjustments, and if you experience similar problems, feel free to edit the Tinkercad design (https://tinkercad.com/things/2f9TWXmLMUZ).
