American Lock Anti-Bypass Wafer
thingiverse
There are 2 files. The first is similar to the wafer already in existence. I set the height at 1.4mm which just fills the space in my lock without being too tight (It does stiffen tle lock just a little). You can adjust it thinner before printing if you want. I was able to print with a 0.6mm nozzle but it took some post production cleanup with a file before it would fit. On the 0.2mm it fit fine. The second file is a full cap that not only has the wafer but a rim and includes a bit of plastic in the warding of the lock where the bypass tool would come in. It does still allow for a 6 pin key to be inserted. This one would likely need to be done with a 0.2mm nozzle or a resin printer since the details are so small (one of the boxes added was 1mmx1mmx1.3mm.
