I really wanted to print the original source file of DIY custom American Girl Doll Prosthetics by Adafruit, but I found out the doll leg was too long to fit on my printer's build plate. So I took it to Tinkercad and used my QIDI slicer to create a locked ball joint "knee" so that I could print it on my 150x150x170 build plate. The actual final dimensions turned out to be about 130x65x80. This is the STL file. I used standard, basic PLA settings for a fine quality print (0.2 mm layer height) on a 0.4 mm steel nozzle. The leg took about six and a half hours to print. I may continue to tinker so that I get a working knee that can hold the doll's weight for posing... summer time tinkering goals!
