This is a small adapter that I designed to mount an AMD Wraith SPIRE where a standard 120mm fan would fit. All hole dimensions are 4mm. You will need to remove the outer "casing" of the fan to access the relevant mounting holes - it just clips on around the sides. I used some 3.5mm screws plus nylon nuts to attach my fan to this adapter, which seemed to work pretty well!
