This is a conceptual design for an Ambubag ventilator aimed at saving individuals infected with COVID-19. The design features a straightforward setup incorporating a Retractor Belt Mechanism, Freewheel Sprocket, Sprocket, Stepper Motor, and Circuit Box. The motor is linked directly to the sprocket, while the retractor mechanism is connected to the Freewheel Sprocket. When the motor spins, it rotates the belt, compressing the Ambu bag due to the tension from the belt. As the motor halts, the Freewheel Sprocket allows the Ambu bag to return to its original shape, allowing a new intake of oxygen. This is essentially a simple belt mechanism designed for compressing and decompressing the Ambu bag during the ventilation process.
