This is a replacement battery cover specifically designed for the Ambient Weather Osprey WS-2902 weather system. While it's not an exact replica of the original part, it functions perfectly well. To ensure a proper fit and optimal results, you'll likely need to adjust some parameters due to printer variability and the cover's persnickety design. Printing the provided STL file directly may not yield the desired outcome. Instead, use OpenSCAD to generate your custom version after making necessary adjustments. When printing this part, don't forget to include supports for the back tabs. Due to its complex geometry, printing it in a single piece can be challenging. I resorted to gluing the parts together using epoxy for better weather resistance, as superglue didn't provide sufficient durability.
