Ambidextrous Charging Handle for Elite 2.0 Commander
thingiverse
Plate that superglues on the front of the Commander slide that allows it to side charge, like with many real firearms. I designed this entirely from scratch using measurements I got using wooden stationary ruler, and it fits surprisingly well - or at least, it did after I made a few design tweaks. This was necessary as I had fitted a 20cm rail that made it hard to access the slide normally. Charge plate superglues to the front of the slide. I also wrapped the handles in duct tape to make them a little more comfortable to hold. Side charging does not seem to create substantial sideways torque, so this is unlikely to break the blaster like the Modulus Tri-Strike does a lot. Handle is surprisingly durable so far. It MAY work on the Maverick or other slide blasters, but I don't have one to test on. v1 - version you see in the photo. Lower legs did not fit, so I had to cut them off, though this had no significant impact. Upper legs fit, but scratch the blaster a little. Repeated use wears it down so this isn't really an issue. Top lip does nothing but bump into the top rail. v1.2 - altered to fix these issues, though I haven't tested it yet.
