Amazon Fire 8 HD Tablet Mount (7th Edition)
thingiverse
Designed this tablet mount for my home Flight Simulator cockpit after wanting to leverage a tablet I had on hand with the blank 6-pack space on my Flight Velocity panel. Created in TINKERCAD, this is my first 3D design that I've shared on Thingiverse and showed me that when faced with a problem without an obvious solution, sometimes it is best to solve it yourself. The design had to be rotated 45 degrees to fit on a standard Ender 3 bed, so this print may exceed the limits of your printer. The mount is designed to hold the tablet upright and drill holes were omitted so that I could decide which holes to align with once printed. This would be great to place in your workshop, on a wall, or a piece of furniture to keep your tablet handy and in view. I printed this with default settings on my Ender 3 in Cura and had great results. There is a little bit of give, so you may way to tweak to meet your needs. Good luck!
