Amazon Elements Baby-Wipe holder for Ikea Gulliver changing table

I'm excited to show you how this holder model works. It's made to hold a package of Amazon Elements baby wipes and hang on the rail of an Ikea Gulliver changing table. The raised areas on the arms fit perfectly between the tabs on the wipe packaging, so it stays securely in place. As long as your changing table is similar to the one I used at Ikea, this holder should work great for you. If not, don't worry - it might still be worth a try. We buy our Amazon wipes by the case and bought our changing table from Ikea, so that's what I based my measurements on. Here's an update on how this wipe holder has been working out for me over time. My daughter is six months old now, and I've been using this holder for five months. Unfortunately, it has started to sag a bit, causing the caps to sometimes come unglued from the wipe package - which can be really frustrating. To fix this problem, I made some changes in version 2 of the design. The vertical piece is now extended down by about 40mm below the tray, and diagonal supports have been added out to the end of the frame. While there's still a weak point above the tray that might allow for some sagging, hopefully it won't be too much of a problem. If I do start getting tops popping off again, I'll look into making the vertical section thicker or angling down the arms on top. **Print Settings** Printer: Monoprice Maker Select (rebranded Wanhao Duplicator I3) Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: Doesn't matter Infill: Doesn't matter, but you should print at least 1.2mm with of shells in all directions - this will make it solid anyway. **Notes** Brims are necessary for this print. You'll need them because the design involves long straight lines and printing tall walls. Without brims, your print might not turn out right. The first time I printed this model, I ended up failing, re-slicing after flipping the model, and printing again until it failed before. Then I glued the two pieces together. Alternatively, you could probably do the same by printing in 2 or 3 sections to begin with. When I sliced version one in Cura, I chose "supports everywhere" with a 90° support angle - this worked out fine because you don't really need supports in the cutout circles. When I sliced version two in CraftWare, I set the support angler to 89° instead of 90° since that doesn't work, and then removed the supports from the circles. I also added manual diagonal supports along the long/straight lines to break up the footprint and keep the bottom stable. This design was created using the parts table in FreeCAD.
