This is a cradle stand for the Amazon Echo Dot v2. The cradle can be used on its own without the base. A bell-shaped part inserts into the bottom of the base, providing a good friction fit. A minimum number of supports are necessary when printing the cradle to accommodate the gap for USB and audio cables; otherwise, no supports should be required with proper layer cooling. Set your extrusion width to 0.4mm to print this design effectively. Update: January 5, 2017 - A "cheesy" cradle option has been added. Print Settings: Rafts: It doesn't matter. Supports: Yes Infill: 0% Notes: The designer printed this with a layer width of 0.2mm and an extrusion width of 0.4mm.
