I gave the design a sweet remix, but it looked like it needed some serious support material, so before printing, I broke it down into three separate pieces. The top piece is a cap that clicks snugly into place. The bottom two pieces can be bonded together with some CA glue - whatever you have on hand should do the trick. The mount holds the dot securely in position and it hangs from the outlet without any issues. Once installed, the top cap keeps the dot firmly in place. I might add clips to join the bottom two halves together if this design becomes a hit.
